Geese

I have been trying for months to get birds in flight.  Finally happened Saturday -- today on the way home from Verdi there was a hawk coming in for the kill by the freeway but of course my camera wasn't ready. Need one imbedded in my forehead!!

    Those geese must be Canadian Geese and if so I can see why you've been trying so hard to snap a photo of them while in flight! I enjoy the pleasure of Canadian Geese sightings as well because I spend a lot of time outdoors while performing my pet sitting duties...just like you do!

    thanks everyone for stopping by -- i apologize for being so lax about posting and commenting -- i don't know where the time goes :( i was stoked about these photos -- they are Canadian geese -- and soon there should be lots of babies :)
