Bingo & Ozzy

Ozzy & I went for a walk to a new dog park area by Bingo's house.  We walked with Bingo's mom and little girl....and went back to the house to meet the guinea pig, Nibbles.  Lots of places to walk over there -- will have to go back early one morning for photos :)

a day on the river

These pictures keep popping up on my screen saver from a visit out to Verdi to play with Simone and Phoebe.  The blue merle is my Pistol, the sable is Ozzy and Simone is our friend who is a lab/ border collie mix.

in-home cat sitting

Today was my first day covering at the in-home cat sitting location.....six kitties to feed and take care of.  this is a couple of the signs outside -- the setting is that of an "outlaw hideout".

Bonnie Lass's 13th birthday

my senior girl is 13 today. she was a rescue back in february, 2007 -- her people didn't want her any more.....so she came through rescue because a guy up at lake tahoe wanted her. he kept her for three days and brought her back saying she didn't "fit in." so i had to keep her for a week until my friend, nancy, could come get her....but i fell in love with her and called nancy and said "forget it. she's staying here." she is just about as sweet as they come :)
